About the Role
Join Wine Rack and inspire every generation to savor the simple joys of life. As a Wine Merchant, you will provide exceptional customer service, receive strong wine education training, and have the opportunity to learn and taste award-winning wines in a fun, flexible store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment.
- Meet and exceed shift targets.
- Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals.
Requirements
- Retail experience is an asset.
- Enjoy working in a fun, team environment.
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 19 years of age or older.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
