About the Role
Planning, creating, and managing digital and traditional content to meet business goals and user needs, blending strategic thinking and hands-on content work.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the content strategy for the Trudell Animal Health business brand and across the AEROKAT*, AERODAWG* and AEROHIPPUS* product brands experience.
- Craft clear, purposeful, and on-brand content that supports Trudell Animal Health’s mission to improve global animal respiratory health.
- Lead UX content strategy for product initiatives, owning end-to-end content execution across all channels.
- Use research and data to validate content decisions and advocate for user needs and clarity.
- Create and manage effective use of keywords, search trends and user behavior through SEO.
- Create ad content and visuals for all platforms including blog posts, whitepapers, etc. across all customer touchpoints.
- Mentor content creators and cross-functional teammates on best practices in UX writing and content design.
- Establish and lead content workflows and processes across all Trudell Animal Health connected teams.
- Collaborate with internal department members, Customer Success, Finance, Regulatory, Engineering and agencies to create exemplary, user-centered experiences at every entry point.
- Facilitate posting, engagement and audience growth on all platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate on paid search marketing implementing best practices on multiple platforms.
- Collaborate on testing to optimize conversions on campaigns using methods such as multivariate and A/B testing.
- Create monthly reports on content and social metrics, communicate results and provide solutions to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to explore opportunities to further marketing reach and use digital channels and social media creatively engaging customers, industry influencers and followers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.
Requirements
- University Degree, College Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing and strategy.
- Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex medical concepts in simple-to-understand terms to influence stakeholders.
- Expertise in UX Content creation and SEO, and how digital marketing impacts consumer behavior.
- Understanding and experience with media tools, e.g. SEMRUSH, Figma, Google AdWords and Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Meet Edgar, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with digital marketing reporting, and using data to drive business decisions.
- Experience developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights.
- Experience with multivariate testing experience is an asset.
- Experience using software to expedite social community building.
- Proficiency with social platforms, specifically TikTok, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Good research skills.
- Experience developing taxonomies and information architectures supporting intuitive navigation and content discovery and working with digital/media asset management systems an asset.
