  • Support the planning and inventory strategy, including determining stocking levels, allocation logic, and network flow between facilities.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning Supply Chain, Finance, and third-party fulfillment (3PL) partners around a single demand and supply plan.
  • Identify and drive cross-functional projects to improve forecast accuracy, planning processes, and inventory efficiency, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc forecast, inventory, and planning reports for stakeholders, including Finance and senior leadership.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supplier lead times, escalating risks and proposing corrective actions.
  • Maintain data integrity across ERP and planning tools, ensuring the demand forecast, financial plan, and supply plan remain reconciled and consistent.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Excel, with experience building demand forecast and inventory planning models from large raw datasets.
  • Effective cross-functional communicator, able to partner closely with Finance and present forecast and planning insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and firm understanding of demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management, including replenishment planning, safety stock strategy, and fulfillment operations.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment.
