About the Role

As an Outlet Server, you will be working with our Food and Beverage team to ensure a positive experience for all our guests, by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Serving all food and beverages in our restaurant and outlets across the property.
• Completing room set-ups and tear-downs.
• Taking orders.
• Operating the electronic cash register/POS system.
• Cleaning outlet areas.
• Answering guest inquiries about our food and beverage offerings, hotel services, the local area, and hours of operation.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Passion for communication.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours in a demanding role.
• Ability to problem solve on-the-fly.
• Pride in accuracy, fast-pace, and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
