About the Role
Trident Consulting is seeking an AV Support Technician (Junior) for a 6-month contract role in San Francisco, CA. This position requires 100% onsite work and involves providing AV support, IT helpdesk services, and live event production.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on AV troubleshooting and support.
- Support conference rooms and live events.
- Lift 20+ lbs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Meet hardware, and ChromeOS.
- Understanding of basic AV signal flow (audio, video, control, EDID).
- Knowledge of AV cabling (HDMI, USB-C, CAT6).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts related to AV.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
