About the Role
As a Senior PMO Specialist, you will guide clients in successfully managing complex projects and programs, creating a foundation for informed decisions and sustainable project success. Our Business & Technology Center handles diverse tasks, including the implementation and management of risk-related processes, tools, and documentation for renowned clients, focusing on current topics like cyberattacks, compliance, data protection, identity management, contract management, sustainability, and project risks.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of complex projects and programs, prepare management decisions, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop and implement governance, reporting, and decision-making structures, and support their effective application in daily project work.
- Coordinate diverse interests and foster successful collaboration as a central interface between management, business units, and project teams.
- Accompany complex transformation initiatives in projects and support the implementation of strategic goals with our clients.
- Support the establishment of PMO structures, contribute best practices, and advance control instruments for project and program organizations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial, technical, or comparable vocational training.
- Several years of professional experience in PMO, project management, or program management, including taking on partial responsibility in complex projects or transformation initiatives.
- Proficient knowledge of classic, agile, and hybrid methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a good sense for managing diverse interests and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
