About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to ensure Creative Agency projects are set up properly and move through the workflow efficiently. This role involves creating clarity and momentum by ensuring team members understand responsibilities, stay connected to project updates, and have the necessary information to contribute effectively while staying on track. The ideal candidate manages dedicated projects, collaborates with strategy, creative, and technical teams, and handles day-to-day client interactions in collaboration with the account team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead partner to the Account Manager in an external client-facing role.
  • Collaborate across teams to understand project scopes, review materials, build project timelines, manage team activities, and create project documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day project schedules/calendars to track campaign and deliverable milestones.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet deliverable deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to other Project Managers.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions.
  • Oversee post-production timelines, asset development, QC, and final delivery.

Requirements

  • At least ten (10) years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or traditional advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with project management techniques and tools (Asana or Azure Dev Ops preferred).
  • Familiarity with design tools and development terminology (Adobe CS, Invision, Figma, Sketch App preferred).
  • Experience working with external vendors and/or agency partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal team members while focusing on client goals.
  • Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments.
  • Interest in being involved in every part of the creative process, from strategy through delivery.
  • Strong interest in digital experiences.
  • May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.
