About the Role

Join our award-winning swim school management team as a leader with a caring heart and managerial experience. This role involves full and active days, working both in and out of the pool, interacting with children, families, and coworkers. We provide aquatic training if you bring leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by calmly, positively and proactively responding to challenges.
• Perform daily operations including teaching swim lessons, deck management, and engaging customers.
• Evaluate student progress using our teaching curriculum and customer service processes.
• Create and manage class and employee schedules to positively impact the business.
• Lead regular team meetings and manage employee engagement.
• Develop team members at various career stages, including those new to the workforce.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Excellent performance record reporting to a General Manager or Supervisor while leading, motivating, and empowering a skilled and productive team.
• A genuine love for teaching children.
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems on the spot.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and execute them.

• Up to $11,000.00 in bonus potential
