Responsibilities

• Support Syndication, Buzzr and MovieSphere Gold Sales Team
• Manage inventory and guarantee all commercial units are sold weekly
• Send and organize important client information in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients daily to ensure inventory runs per requests
• Collaborate with ops, traffic, and accounting teams
• Enter orders into the system
• Develop internal and external relationships
• Prepare research and other sales-related reports
• Perform additional sales-related support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of experience (strong internship experience considered)
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
