About the Role
Represent CACI Electronic Warfare (EW) directorate as an Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support products and developments associated with CACI EW Products – with focus on CACI CUxS products. Provide Field Sales Engineering (FSE) support to existing customers of CACI C-UxS products.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of the CUxS and C-UxS product lines.
- Provide technical assistance to EW Products specifically CUxS and TEWS Products focusing on CUxS.
- Demonstrate CACI CUxS products in various locations supporting government testing, demonstrations of capability, integration, and regression testing.
- Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements to support spiral improvements to the product line.
- Assists the Account Managers in sales and activities and creation of opportunities.
- Assist Business Development in capture goals.
- Create and maintain opportunities related to CACI CUXs in the CACI Products CRM tool Salesforce.
- Provide weekly status reports to CACI sales and BD leads for CUxS.
- Provide and/or assist in new equipment training and train the trainer courses of instruction related to the CACI CUxS product line.
- Provide onsite equipment support at customer sites, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
- Maintain diligent mobile phone, text, and email communication with internal company chain of command and customer POCs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - or equivalent experience
- At least 15 years of operational experience operating DOD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems in an operational environment
- At least 3 years operational experience using CUxS systems
- An active TS/SCI due to the customer set
- Experience directly related to CACI CUxS systems
- Current or ability to obtain Part 107 Certification (FAA Remote Pilot Certificate)
- Detailed understanding of DOD Spectrum management, EW and/or SIGINT operations in all domains
- Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to, propagation, detectability, and direction finding
- Self driven and have the ability to interact with the customer to understand the requirements of that customer and translate those to engineering requirements unsupervised
- Ability to travel on short notice to demonstrate the CACI CUxS systems in an appropriate environment
- Understanding of DOD Service organizations, also a detailed understanding of the different functions inside DOD Service organizations
- Ability to lead training classes with customer users
- Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions
- Familiarity with Joint DoD RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking.
- Enjoys working with people, developing relationships, and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment and work as a team.
- Prior Military MOS, NEC, or Officer Designation in an EW/SI specialty
