About the Role
Humble Robotics is reimagining ground transportation using advanced physical AI to solve freight challenges. This role owns the development and execution of the marketing strategy, shaping brand presence across all channels and driving a cohesive brand that reflects the company's mission. It's a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, aiming to build a category-defining brand in electric, autonomous freight from an early stage.
Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive, impactful marketing strategy across brand, product, partnerships, and press to drive growth and commercialization.
- Refine messaging, validate with customers, and test across paid and organic channels.
- Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor messaging, and assess performance in conversations.
- Track and report on marketing initiative performance, adapting quickly to evolving company goals.
- Analyze website activity, conversions, attribution, and engagement across digital channels; allocate spend for maximum impact.
- Own the marketing budget from planning to retrospective, including forecasting spend and ROI, scoping work, managing vendors, and monitoring spend.
- Own public relations efforts in collaboration with an external PR firm, including developing plans, driving media outreach, drafting press releases, and compiling media kits.
- Produce strategic, on-brand content across digital channels, events, partnerships, and press.
- Work with creative agencies to develop compelling imagery and videos.
- Collaborate with leadership and engineering to create in-depth technical content, blog posts, and presentations.
- Manage the company website with support from an external agency, ensuring content is fresh and on-message, optimizing SEO/GEO, and reporting on key metrics.
- Manage social media presence, post content, engage with followers, and make strategic decisions on ad spend.
- Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools to scale efforts.
- Manage Attio CRM alongside the commercialization team.
- Prepare leadership and stakeholders for industry conferences with targeted content and promotional materials.
- Support exclusive customer and partner events.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and talent teams to align marketing with company priorities, product milestones, and hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications programs at early stage to series A startups.
- Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to company goals around growth, commercialization, fundraising, and public image.
- Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling stories.
- Demonstrated experience managing external marketing agencies, PR/press agencies, and creative or media partners end-to-end.
- Direct experience in brand development — building, evolving, or stewarding a brand's identity, voice, and positioning.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
