About the Role

Provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. Leverage influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach others, and solve complex problems. Apply sound judgment and escalate when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic advisory initiatives in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring to maximize client value
  • Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to guide clients in informed decision-making
  • Developing strategic frameworks to navigate complex transactions and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within deal-making processes
  • Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback
  • Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure in ambiguous and challenging environments
  • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
  • Making difficult decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
  • Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience
