About the Role
Responsible for coordinating daily supply chain activities including purchase order management, inbound logistics, inventory accuracy, supplier follow up, and ERP documentation. This role ensures timely material availability to support production schedules, maintains compliance with food safety and traceability requirements, and supports continuous improvement within the Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily raw material, packaging, and consumable requirements with Production to ensure readiness for scheduled runs.
- Co-ordinate with the planners and productions to prevent schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP system for inventory, production orders, and planning parameters.
- Prepare and maintain reports to support planning and operational decisions.
- Partner with QA, Procurement, Logistics, and Production to resolve material issues, expedite shipments, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Production Coordination
- Knowledge of and experience leading supply planning practices and end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Proven project management skills and a record of delivering results in connection with business improvement and cost efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently with suppliers and internal teams.
