About the Role

We're looking for an exceptionally driven, ambitious individual to work directly with the CEO on the most complex and impactful problems across Fuse. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who can execute at high intensity, break down difficult problems and move rapidly from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO across product, trading, strategy, finance, operations, and new business lines.
• Structure problems, execute solutions, and drive critical initiatives end-to-end.
• Support product and commercial strategy across existing and new product lines.
• Analyze trading, supply economics and operational bottlenecks.
• Lead scoping and modelling for new markets, products or regulatory environments.
• Support renewable build-out strategy and evaluate development opportunities.
• Design pricing, forecasting and business models.
• Prepare materials and insights for CEO-level decisions.
• Negotiate with strategic partners and support key commercial relationships.
• Own high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement.
• Ability to break down complex problems and execute quickly.
• Comfortable learning fast, switching contexts and working with limited guidance.
• Capable of working independently or with cross-functional teams.
• Relentless, detail-oriented and highly operational mindset.

Education Level

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding or analytical experience.
