About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Rochester, NY team. The role involves servicing all equipment according to schedule, troubleshooting, and rectifying potential client problems.

Responsibilities

• Service all HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule
• Ensure all work is completed within company standards and acceptable time frames
• Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on-site
• Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Accurately document all work completed according to company policy
• Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
• Follow all company safety procedures, as well as any job site-specific safety procedures
• Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager(s)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required

Skills

• Commercial HVAC experience
• EPA – Universal Certification
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course
