About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Entry-Level Commercial Service HVAC Technician in Rochester, NY. This role offers on-the-job training to learn commercial HVAC fundamentals, including servicing and troubleshooting equipment for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of heating and cooling through on-the-job training in the Commercial Service department
• Shadow and train with experienced technicians in the field
• Perform preventative/planned service and maintenance on Commercial HVAC equipment
• Ensure that all work completed is within company standards and within acceptable time frames
• Accurately document all work completed according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service; build and maintain customer relations in the field
• Follow all company safety procedures, as well as any job site-specific safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
• Educational background in HVAC preferred
