About the Role

In our Consulting division, we are seeking you as a Manager Finance and Treasury Management (w/m/d) at the earliest possible date. You will lead (inter)national teams and develop innovative solutions for the Treasury and Finance function of renowned companies, accompanying our award-winning "Corporate Treasury Solutions" expert group in projects with well-known companies (global players, medium-sized businesses, family businesses).

Responsibilities

Lead (inter)national teams and develop innovative solutions for the Treasury and Finance function.
Accompany the "Corporate Treasury Solutions" expert group in projects with renowned companies.
Lead projects in various finance areas including Cash Management, Financial Market Regulation, Financial Risk Management, Liquidity Planning, and Treasury Reporting.
Advise on the establishment and improvement of Treasury functions.
Conduct legal and regulatory audits.
Evaluate financial reporting.
Lead projects for the functional expansion of Treasury systems (e.g., SAP, FIS, ION).
Drive the digital transformation of the finance function using Data Analytics and tool development.

Requirements

Completed university degree in Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with a focus on Finance and Accounting, business processes, IT systems, or Controlling.
Extensive experience in Treasury, Treasury consulting, or banking.
High level of technological understanding and IT application and development skills.
Keen perception of market potential and new developments in Treasury.
Very good leadership and communication skills in German and English.
