About the Role
In our Consulting division, we are seeking you as a Manager Finance and Treasury Management (w/m/d) at the earliest possible date. You will lead (inter)national teams and develop innovative solutions for the Treasury and Finance function of renowned companies, accompanying our award-winning "Corporate Treasury Solutions" expert group in projects with well-known companies (global players, medium-sized businesses, family businesses).
Responsibilities
- Lead (inter)national teams and develop innovative solutions for the Treasury and Finance function.
- Accompany the "Corporate Treasury Solutions" expert group in projects with renowned companies.
- Lead projects in various finance areas including Cash Management, Financial Market Regulation, Financial Risk Management, Liquidity Planning, and Treasury Reporting.
- Advise on the establishment and improvement of Treasury functions.
- Conduct legal and regulatory audits.
- Evaluate financial reporting.
- Lead projects for the functional expansion of Treasury systems (e.g., SAP, FIS, ION).
- Drive the digital transformation of the finance function using Data Analytics and tool development.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics with a focus on Finance and Accounting, business processes, IT systems, or Controlling.
- Extensive experience in Treasury, Treasury consulting, or banking.
- High level of technological understanding and IT application and development skills.
- Keen perception of market potential and new developments in Treasury.
- Very good leadership and communication skills in German and English.
