About the Role
Set the vision and strategy for BCG’s global Information Excellence platform, shaping how client deliverables and case team materials are governed, secured, and protected. Balance consulting team needs with evolving risk, legal, security, and compliance requirements, and facilitate the secure use of GenAI tools.
Responsibilities
- Set and evolve the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Information Excellence platform.
- Translate consulting-team needs and BCG priorities into clear product outcomes and investment priorities.
- Partner across Risk, Legal, ISRM, and technology teams to embed appropriate governance, security, and compliance controls.
- Guide the secure and appropriate adoption of GenAI capabilities within case team workflows and information-management practices.
- Lead product delivery across a matrixed team of product, engineering, and technical colleagues, aligning priorities and removing barriers to progress.
- Engage senior leaders and consultants to gather insights, shape decisions, and build alignment around product direction and priorities.
- Anticipate product, delivery, and risk dependencies, establishing mitigation plans and adapting the roadmap as needs evolve.
- Manage and develop a Product Analyst, providing clear direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product ownership or product management experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to assess complex organizational needs and translate them into product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Strong experience building alignment across diverse users, senior leaders, and cross-functional technology partners.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Slack, and Exchange, including security, compliance, sensitivity labeling, and retention considerations.
- Strong understanding of information governance, security, legal, compliance, and risk considerations.
