- Identify and prioritize new opportunities for AI agents to improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes.
- Become a trusted advisor to public sector leaders and a hands-on partner to their working teams.
- Discover and assess requirements, prepare and present demonstrations, and navigate technical and operational challenges with customer counterparts.
- Continuously improve agents to fit each institution’s policies and workflows.
- Translate mission goals into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and measurable definition of success.
- Coordinate across customer stakeholders, engineering, design, research, security, and operations to take agents from concept through launch and iteration.
- Surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development for the public sector.
- Partner closely with public sector leadership on market strategy, product investments, and repeatable approaches for scaling the business.

- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for different audiences, including senior executives and public sector leaders.
