About the Role

We're looking for an IT & Security Analyst to join our IT and Security Team, keeping Georgian's internal IT and security operations running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for the team's technology needs and the day-to-day operations of our IT stack, working across every function of the firm. It's a broad, hands-on role in a modern, Mac-first, SaaS and AI-forward environment, ideal for someone looking to grow in both IT and security.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, responsive IT support across the firm, including onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning/troubleshooting for MacBooks, iPhones, and a small number of Windows machines.
Manage hardware and software inventory, vendor relationships, and maintain documentation (runbooks, how-to guides).
Administer SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Miro, and Zoom.
Support the day-to-day operation of the security stack, including Okta, Intune for MDM, CrowdStrike, Island, and Sublime Security.
Triage security alerts and suspected phishing, and support incident response.
Support compliance activities, internal audits, and security questionnaires.
Assist the team in safely adopting new tools, including AI tools, and leverage AI and automation to enhance IT operations.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting a Mac-first, cloud/SaaS environment in a high-performing organization.
Familiarity with tools in our stack or their equivalents.
A security mindset, considering identity, access, and phishing risk in daily IT work.
An automation habit, using scripting or low-code tooling to eliminate repetitive work and showing curiosity about applying AI to IT operations.
Clear, patient communication and a strong service orientation with non-technical colleagues.
