About the Role

The Celestica Finance Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is designed for candidates aspiring to become finance and accounting leaders. Over 36 months, graduates will complete three one-year rotations in areas like Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Site Operations, and Internal Audit, gaining hands-on global experience and accelerating leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three one-year rotations within dynamic areas of Finance.
  • Participate in professional development programs and networking events.
  • Build careers with Celestica in areas where capabilities can be best leveraged for organizational impact and personal career interest.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale (B+) (Transcript required).
  • Interest in a Finance career.
  • Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, or similar designation.
  • Experienced in Excel and building financial models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to be proactive, take initiative, drive change and provide solutions.
  • Strong team player with impeccable work ethic.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Employment offer is conditional upon the successful completion of a security assessment by Celestica and/or its authorized agents, per the Controlled Goods Regulations.
