About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Investment Grade Private Credit team within the firm’s Investment Platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive, motivated professional who wants to contribute to a dynamic area of business growth. Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation, mature judgment and independent problem-solving are imperative. This EA will be highly collaborative with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily support needs of Privates Investment team members.
- Coordinate complex and proactive scheduling across multiple time zones for a global team.
- Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, offsites, and special events.
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner, and review and approve expenses on behalf of the team.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodations.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies.
- Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other Executive Assistants and leadership teams as needed.
- Support ad hoc projects for both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a complex, global professional environment.
- Experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably.
- Ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies.
- Willingness to learn, use, and develop internal systems that help the function.
- High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes.
- Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint)
