About the Role

Borrow A Boat is seeking passionate individuals to join its sales team, dedicated to teamwork, exceeding revenue targets, and delivering unparalleled service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in transforming their boat holiday dreams into reality, while building lasting relationships with customers from across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of our sales team, driven by high targets and revenue generation.
• Assist clients in converting boat holiday requests into bookings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence product development.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fluency in German at a Native level, plus strong English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Some prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a compassionate and open demeanor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Based in Athens, Greece, with existing right to work in Greece/EU (we do not sponsor visas for this role).
