About the Role
Ten is seeking a Private Travel Engagement & Distribution Manager to elevate its Private Travel proposition and grow its presence within the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth travel market. This role focuses on building relationships, creating desire, trust, and connection to turn interest into lasting membership.
Responsibilities
- Own the engagement and distribution strategy for Ten Private Travel.
- Identify and cultivate prospective HNW and UHNW clients through market intelligence, client schemes, industry networks, events, and strategic relationships.
- Develop tailored acquisition and engagement strategies based on affluent private client motivations, lifestyles, and expectations.
- Turn relationships and opportunities into qualified leads and new members.
- Work with the Managing Director to identify priority markets, audiences, and commercial opportunities.
- Develop engaging campaigns and communications across digital, print, events, direct mail, and Private Travel editorial.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of inspiring Private Travel content and collateral.
- Bring the proposition to life through compelling destination stories, presentations, experiences, and visual assets.
- Help shape a distinctive tone of voice that is premium, personal, and unmistakably Ten.
- Develop multi-channel distribution strategies to expand reach into affluent audiences.
- Build partnerships and relationships that create new routes to market.
- Leverage luxury travel networks, client schemes, events, and strategic partners to generate acquisition opportunities.
- Represent Ten Private Travel confidently at luxury travel events, partner forums, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings.
- Plan and deliver VIP member events, product launches, partner activations, and high-profile travel experiences.
- Create exclusive, relevant, and memorable moments for clients.
- Ensure every event and client touchpoint reflects luxury market quality, sophistication, and high-touch service.
- Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, competitor activity, emerging markets, and changing affluent consumer behaviors.
- Use CRM and member insight to understand client motivations and future opportunities.
- Translate data, feedback, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
- Track acquisition, engagement, conversion, lead quality, and ROI to understand effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Product, CRM, Creative, Content, and Service teams to ensure the Private Travel proposition remains relevant and compelling.
- Bring client insight and market intelligence into the development of new travel experiences.
- Help ensure all market output reflects luxury positioning and genuine understanding of the private client.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within luxury travel, high-end hospitality, lifestyle, or another premium client sector.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, engagement, business development, distribution, partnerships, or luxury marketing.
- Strong understanding of how to position and grow a luxury proposition.
- Genuine network of relationships within the luxury industry; an existing affluent client or partner network is highly advantageous.
- Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and affluent private clients.
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insight into action.
- Creativity, curiosity, and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Genuine passion for luxury travel, exceptional experiences, and the world of private clients.
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
- Minimum internet speeds required for remote/hybrid work.
- Must be located in the United Kingdom.
- If living within commutable distance of the office, a hybrid working arrangement (at least 2x a week in the office) will be required.
