About the Role
Bessemer Venture Partners is a global venture firm partnering with founders from their earliest days through every stage of growth. The Analyst Program is a selective, two-year program designed to provide aspiring investors with foundational skills, mentorship, and invaluable experience in venture capital. Analysts are critical members of the team, participating in weekly partnership meetings and making a significant impact on the firm.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new investment opportunities.
- Conducting deep research in the diligence, roadmap, and deal-making processes.
- Working alongside Bessemer team members to help portfolio companies flourish.
- Interacting with 100+ CEOs to identify seed-stage to Series C startups.
- Conducting due diligence on investment opportunities and helping develop new investment roadmaps.
- Developing an eye for identifying exciting sectors and business opportunities.
- Building a deep understanding of business models.
- Growing an extensive network of entrepreneurs and VC colleagues.
Requirements
- Undergraduate students or students enrolled in a five-year combined bachelor’s and master’s program who are expected to complete all degree requirements and graduate between December 2026 and September 2027.
- Exceptional academic performance.
- Demonstrated leadership on campus and/or beyond.
- Highly effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Unrelenting determination.
- Reasonable fluency in fundamental business concepts.
- Successfully completing a background check.
- Acknowledging, agreeing to, and adhering to Bessemer's policies and procedures, including a confidentiality agreement.
- Providing proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
