About the Role
Samsara is seeking a strategic, hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale marketing programs across insurance and OEM. This role involves developing joint go-to-market strategies, activating high-impact partner programs, and creating scalable ways for partners to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and adoption of Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies for insurance and OEM, aligning on priorities, audiences, positioning, routes to market, and success metrics.
- Build and scale partner marketing motions from strategy through execution, including co-branded campaigns, partner launches, events, webinars, customer stories, thought leadership, partner communications, and seller enablement.
- Establish trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and serve as a strategic marketing advisor, identifying opportunities that create value for partners, mutual customers, and Samsara.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales and Partner Programs to translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans that drive partner engagement, partner-influenced pipeline, and product adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations to deliver coordinated programs and content.
- Create clear, compelling messaging and enablement for different audiences, from partner executives and sellers to customers and prospects.
- Use partner and campaign data to define key performance indicators, measure program effectiveness, communicate insights, and continuously optimize investments.
- Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms that help partner marketing scale with the business across segments and geographies.
- Manage multiple high-visibility projects and external stakeholders with strong ownership, prioritization, and attention to detail.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, alliances, or related program management roles.
- Proven experience creating and executing integrated, high-impact marketing programs with external partners and measuring results.
- Experience building strong relationships with internal teams and external partner stakeholders, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to audiences large and small and create clear, compelling content—from concise partner communications to detailed launch plans and thought leadership.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer- and partner-centric messaging for different audiences.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Strong cross-functional project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-informed approach to decision-making, with experience defining success metrics and using performance insights to improve programs.
- A collaborative, proactive, and accountable working style with a willingness to move between strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
