About the Role

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team and contribute to a podcast that aims to positively impact listeners' lives. Our goal is to produce scientifically sound content that helps people lead happier and more successful lives, avoiding superficiality and esotericism. We are expanding with a new Deep Talk format, aiming to become a leading conversational platform in German-speaking regions through substantive and impactful dialogues.

Responsibilities

Develop 1-2 minute Reels/Shorts from Deep Talks for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, utilizing AI for content selection.
Propose strong hooks and thumbnail texts for selected clips and implement them within the existing design process.
Establish a systematic test-reel system to continuously test and optimize successful Reels with different intros and variations.
Select and publish weekly 8-15 minute highlights from Deep Talks on YouTube.
Manage the upload and publication of podcast episodes on Megaphone and YouTube, ensuring timely and complete releases.
Create and optimize shownotes, YouTube descriptions, and timestamps.
Enhance content discoverability on YouTube, Spotify, and AI search systems.

Requirements

A keen sense for compelling content and storytelling, with the ability to identify relevant and interesting material for YouTube and Instagram audiences.
High affinity and proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT for task simplification.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work structured, proactively, maintain an overview, and prioritize tasks independently.
Genuine interest in content and podcasts, approaching tasks with a creator mindset and analyzing content performance.
Ability to independently edit simple Reels/Shorts using tools like CapCut.
Experience with podcasts, YouTube, or Instagram is a plus.
Understanding of SEO is a plus.
