Responsibilities
- Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
- Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable.
- Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command.
- Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold Jet Aviation’s commitment to a secure environment.
- Record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
- Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures.
- Be the face of Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required
- FAA First Class Medical required
- 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
- 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine
- 500 hours Turbo-Jet
- 500 hours Turbine
- 100 hours Night
- 75 hours Simulated Instrument
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
