Responsibilities

Share positive energy and create an atmosphere of possibility with customers.
Promote company philosophy, values, and support purpose and strategic objectives.
Be mindful of store metrics/sales goals and drive business.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
Partner with team members and store leaders to grow sales, business, and clientele.
Maintain high levels of integrity, initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
Utilize new technology and sales avenues to service customers.
Engage customers with products using creative approaches, showcasing brand ease and accessibility.
Be fully knowledgeable about apparel, fabrics, brand messages, and stories.
Promote customer loyalty by enrolling customers into the EILEEN FISHER Rewards program.
Maintain and expand personal client book.
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Contribute to other tasks and projects to ensure smooth store operations.
Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to visual standards.
Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized space.
Assist with checking stock daily and restocking the selling floor.
Perform open and close out sales procedures as needed.
Ensure and contribute to a safe and clean store environment.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
