About the Role
Fishers Island Club is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician / Facilities Maintenance Employee to support the upkeep of our private golf, tennis, and beach club facilities, including clubhouse areas, dining and service spaces, pro shops, beach facilities, support buildings, and several employee houses.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems
- Complete quality repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, appliance repair, general building maintenance, and preventive maintenance
- Experience in a private club, hotel, resort, estate, residential property, marina, restaurant, or commercial facility is preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal demands, may be required
- Submit a resume or work history summary outlining relevant maintenance, trade, residential, hospitality, or facilities experience
