About the Role

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates with the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, and effective communication. Responsibilities

Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.
