  • Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, identifying and mitigating risks.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and manufacturer warranty documentation.
  • Coach and mentor project managers and coordinators, review their work, and develop quality control procedures.
  • Conduct weekly progress reviews with superintendents and contractors to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide project status updates, potential liabilities, and emerging issues to senior leadership.
  • Maintain client and consultant relationships, represent Triumph in warranty claims, and support estimating.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing construction projects, with significant experience in roofing, sheet metal, or building envelope work.
  • Strong understanding of low slope and steep slope roofing assemblies, manufacturer warranty requirements, and CRCA best practices.
  • Working knowledge of CCDC contracts, lien legislation, and the change order and claims process.
  • Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Credibility to conduct difficult conversations with general contractors while maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to provide advice to other project managers.
