About the Role
Vantage Elevation is seeking a motivated Production Worker to join their team. This role is responsible for arranging shipments, inspecting goods, managing inventory, operating a forklift, and driving between facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Arranging shipments of materials
- Inspecting and verifying goods
- Managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies
- Operating a forklift
- Driving between the warehouse and manufacturing facilities
- Operating equipment to meet facility goals for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork
Requirements
- High School degree with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including cherry pickers, clamp trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving company vehicles
- Proficient in computer skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
- Exceptional work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
