Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to employee experience, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage Microsoft Viva Insights to analyze workplace collaboration patterns, wellbeing trends, meeting effectiveness, and productivity metrics.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that provide actionable workforce insights.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Business Leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct workforce trend analysis and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and effectiveness.
  • Analyze collaboration data from Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva Insights.
  • Support organizational change management and employee adoption initiatives.
  • Perform data quality assessments and validation of workforce metrics.
  • Assist in survey analytics, employee listening programs, and engagement reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical use of employee data.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Viva Insights data into enterprise reporting platforms.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva Insights or Workforce Analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience interpreting large datasets and transforming insights into business recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
