About the Role
As a Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy Senior Associate, you will guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, providing strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional and technical standards while growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. This role supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, from deal strategy to post-deal value creation, and involves developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
- Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities
- Perform competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Create detailed financial models to assess potential deal structures and outcomes
- Support post-merger integration efforts to maximize value creation and achieve strategic objectives
- Engage in scenario analysis to anticipate potential risks and opportunities in deal execution
- Collaborate with corporate development teams to drive strategic planning and execution
- Analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial health and performance
- Assist in the development of strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Utilize financial risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential financial uncertainties
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Job seekers must be in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application
