About the Role
As a Deals - DTDS - Analytics - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will leverage your skills in data analysis to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations, anticipating client needs, and delivering quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional standards while using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will apply analytics to contract data to identify risk, obligations, performance insights, and compliance indicators. This position offers an opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes
- Develop algorithms and data models to support analytics initiatives and enhance data-driven strategies
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified views for comprehensive analysis
- Build and maintain data pipelines to validate efficient data flow and accessibility
- Apply machine learning techniques to improve predictive modeling and analytics capabilities
- Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis to support client engagements
- Collaborate with teams to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and business metrics
- Validate data integrity and security within analytics frameworks to maintain trust in data-driven insights
- Support contract analytics by identifying risks, obligations, and compliance indicators through data analysis
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Job seekers are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application
