About the Role
As a Senior Sales Associate (Stylist), you will be an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests and serving as a trusted advisor and reliable team player to provide the best client experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Engage in all actions to achieve CRM targets.
- Implement personalized outreach campaigns and utilize clienteling tools for CRM tasks.
- Capture client data and qualitative information.
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Offer excellent client service and achieve strong business performance.
- Utilize omnichannel services to grow sales.
- Engage in all actions to achieve boutique and individual sales and KPI targets.
- Complete trainings and participate in commercial activities.
- Achieve sales, KPI, and CRM targets.
- Stay aware of the local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Ensure an impeccable store environment, back-of-house, and grooming standards.
- Inform management of any structural repair needs in the store.
- Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with established Richemont policies and standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrate entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity, and a positive impact.
- An additional language is beneficial, particularly Mandarin or Arabic.
