About the Role
The Item Grouping Steward is responsible for creating, maintaining, and standardizing product groupings on the B&H website. This role requires subject matter expertise, strong product knowledge, and an understanding of customer needs to streamline the purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Creates new product groupings adhering to stylistic and strategic guidelines.
- Works with the manager of Item Grouping to define and document customer edge cases.
- Revisits categories to update past product groupings for clarity and consistency.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the Item Grouping Manager.
Requirements
- Familiarity with website navigation structure and search.
- Strong knowledge of B&H products and categories.
- Experience with target customer needs and online shopping behavior.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
