About the Role
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the hotel's public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms. This role also involves cleaning rugs and carpets, maintaining storage closets with necessary supplies, and assisting room attendants with stocking their carts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms).
- Clean rugs and carpets.
- Maintain storage closets with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist in stocking room attendants' carts with supplies.
- Assist with various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Hotel housekeeping experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Great customer service skills
Salary/Compensations
- $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
