About the Role

Provides personal attention to guests, ensuring complete satisfaction from beginning to end of treatments by performing essential duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally, friendly, and in a relaxing manner.
  • Provide spa tours and explain the proper use of amenities like the sauna, steam room, and lockers.
  • Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide attentive, personalized service.
  • Build warm, professional relationships with guests and recognize returning members by name.
  • Be knowledgeable about daily treatments and appointments while maintaining guest privacy.
  • Promote spa services and retail products in a service-oriented manner.
  • Assist guests with safe and proper use of facilities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, comfortable, and well-stocked spa environment.
  • Monitor facility conditions and promptly report safety concerns or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain inventory of towels, sandals, amenities, and other supplies.
  • Complete daily checklists and follow opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest-facing areas.
  • Handle busy or stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, active listening, and genuine care for guests.
  • Collaborate with spa management and team members for seamless guest service.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Regularly required to stand and walk.
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
