About the Role
SageSure is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of critical software products and platforms. This role will collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and data partners, while also working with stakeholders across the organization to solve complex business challenges and shape customer experiences. The position requires a highly collaborative and technical individual who thinks in systems, builds empathy for users, and prioritizes excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep, evidence-based understanding of customer needs, frustrations, and ideal experiences.
- Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap that prioritizes customer trust.
- Apply systems thinking to translate complex business problems into product solutions across the customer journey.
- Identify business and customer needs independently and partner effectively with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead product discovery through direct user research and clear problem definition.
- Utilize data to communicate performance, identify issues, and explain root causes to leadership and users.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in software or technology.
- Deep customer-focused mindset with a track record of prioritizing end-user experience.
- Passion for solving meaningful problems and a bias toward measurable value.
- Strong storytelling ability, both for internal stakeholder communication and product experience.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance speed and clarity, balanced with sound judgment.
- Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to operate strategically and dive into execution details.
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically (approximately 10-15% annually).
