About the Role

The Payments Product Analyst will support the development, management, and enhancement of payment products and capabilities. This role offers exposure to product strategy, client engagement, market developments, operational processes, and the delivery of new product features within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Payments Product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with product research, analysis, and business case development.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support governance, risk management, and regulatory review activities related to product changes.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and product launch activities.
  • Work with stakeholders across Transaction Banking to help deliver a consistent client experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Treasury/Cash Management product management/development or engineering/operations experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in payments, treasury management, banking or financial technology.

  • 1+ years

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic achievement.
