About the Role

As an On Call Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing massage services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism, and exceptional knowledge in the healing arts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while adhering to property service standards.
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the room as required.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain professional ethics while providing personalized service to ensure guests feel their needs are met.
• Maintain the work area with necessary supplies and ensure the room is immaculate at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness of all other spa areas, including locker rooms.
• Uphold standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies.
• Communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests, including complaints or misconduct, to management.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail products, programs, promotions, and discounts.
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist and Esthetician.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Personal, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a love for healing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week, inclusive of weekends.
