About the Role
This entry-level Management & Sales Training Program is designed to prepare you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. Upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position, aligning with Sherwin-Williams’ promote-from-within philosophy. The program involves overseeing a million-dollar business, learning all operations, clients, and internal strategy, and growing market share by selling to commercial users.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors.
- Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
- Access may be supervised or unsupervised.
- A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation.
- A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
