About the Role

You'll own the product function at the highest level, responsible for the company-visible roadmap, prioritization, product analytics, process, and team structure. You will build the roadmapping and metrics discipline and grow and lead the PM team, while staying hands-on with customers and the product.

Responsibilities

  • Work with co-founders to clarify, execute, and measure progress towards product strategy and vision
  • Decide where product should head and ensure every surface's work adds up to one coherent story
  • Stand up the roadmapping function
  • Define product metrics & forecasting
  • Personally own top-level problem statements
  • Stay in the work: scope, spec, and ship alongside the team
  • Make the PM team successful

Requirements

  • 12+ years in product
  • Led and grown product teams, as a product leader or founder, and scaled a company from Series A to Series D or beyond (or equivalent: grew through hypergrowth, e.g. 30 → 300 people)
  • Come from an excellent company with a genuinely high product bar
  • Still an operator: can personally scope, spec, and ship
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: bring the structure and process a fast-moving team needs, without ceremony
  • Technically credible: understand what it takes to build things and can hold your own with strong engineers
