About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special. You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guest visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide a genuinely warm welcome to guests.
• Answer guest questions.
• Offer information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area.
• Be the face of the hotel for guests using restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms.

Requirements

• Must have natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
• Ideally have experience of working within a branded hotel environment (full training provided).
• Must be able to work a range of shifts and days, requiring flexibility.
• Must be available for evenings and weekends.
