About the Role

The Future Talent Programme aims to develop individuals for their next role and career at Sky Sports, supporting production teams with content, crew, suppliers, travel, and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Support studio, gallery, edit, outside broadcast & digital productions by providing refreshments, assisting with stats, graphics & logs.
  • Greet and chaperone visitors, guests & talent around the Sky campus and OBs.
  • Prepare for upcoming productions & events with Content teams.
  • Log Sports Content for edit highlights and archive purposes, including live PL / EFL/ WSL/ Golf/ F1 and Tennis.
  • Support on-site OB roles with EFL and Premier League teams.
  • Log Tennis/ F1 and NFL edits for highlights packages, removing ad breaks/swearing etc. for FTA.
  • Perform basic desktop editing of content for linear broadcast, on demand, digital or social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and provide logistics support to various Production and Studio teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks with the Operations team.
  • Learn and develop knowledge on various roles and functions within the team.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for Sport and outstanding knowledge across various Sports.
  • Flexibility to work according to the Sky Sports calendar, including early, late, night, and weekend work, with some travel.
  • Strong English language and written skills.
  • Good knowledge of basic IT programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and Social Media platforms.
  • A full clean driving licence would be beneficial.
  • Weekend shift patterns are involved.
