About the Role
Candid Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to collaborate closely with engineering and customers, delivering transformative software to healthcare providers. You will shape product vision and become deeply integrated within the company.
Responsibilities
- Improve existing product management practices and build new systems for product and service delivery.
- Build and execute product vision in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
- Analyze business and product macro-structure to identify gaps and generate new ideas.
- Achieve business goals and ensure partner teams are accountable.
- Create rigorous reporting dashboards for visibility and accountability.
- Gather insights from the field and customers to understand and prioritize user needs.
- Communicate new feature rollouts to customers and internal stakeholders, including leadership and operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Experience building data-intensive products and applications.
- Understanding of the business's unit economics.
- Data-driven with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
- Low ego and high output.
- Outcome-oriented, effective collaborator, and action-oriented.
- Ability to code or read code and empathize with engineers.
- Experience leading and scaling a product team or contributing to a fast-growing engineering culture.
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing, or in the technical aspects of highly regulated industries.
