About the Role
The Stock Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and supervising all inbound/outbound merchandise, as well as the organization of stock and supply areas within Harrods corners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
- Oversee all receiving processes, including verifying quantities, tagging, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate replenishment of the sales floor.
- Supervise the flow of goods between stockroom and sales floor.
- Manage stock movements such as inter-store transfers, RTVs, damages, and consignments.
- Monitor stock levels daily and communicate discrepancies to management.
- Lead and participate in inventory counts.
- Track unknown markdowns and support loss prevention initiatives.
- Respond to corporate inquiries regarding discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to new stock associates.
- Participate in daily store meetings.
- Serve as a role model for client service and operational excellence.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador.
- Support store maintenance by identifying and coordinating repairs.
- Assist with store materials, supplies, packaging, uniforms, and event needs.
- Order and manage office supplies, beverages, and other operational tools.
- Provide support with cash procedures.
- Serve as a Key Holder (optional).
Requirements
- 3+ years of Luxury operations and inventory control experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
- Understanding of loss-prevention practices.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
