About the Role
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in primary care/family medicine to join a growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and/or pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
- Document all patient encounters accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York.
- National certification as applicable.
- Strong experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
